In order to preserve the qualitative, aesthetic and functional characteristics, the Customer is required to scrupulously respect the following washing and care instructions:

• Each product is shipped inside a protective bag, which is an integral part of the product.

• Machine wash only at a maximum temperature of 30°

• Use mild detergents.

• • The use of fabric softener is prohibited .

  • The use of the dryer is prohibited .

  • Do not bleach or subject the garment to aggressive treatments.

  Failure to follow the washing and care instructions above may cause deterioration, deformation or damage to the garment.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

The product must be:

• unworn, unwashed and undamaged;

• provided with original label and packaging;

• accompanied by the order number or purchase receipt.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items (briefs, thongs, bodysuits) can only be returned if they have not been worn and the hygiene seal is intact.

💸 Who pays the shipping costs?

• If you have chosen the wrong size or wish to exchange an item:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer .

You can choose whether to ship with a courier of your choice or request our return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).

• If the product received is defective, incorrect or not compliant with the order:

Shipping and replacement costs are covered by ANCORA .

We will send you a prepaid return label and replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Once your return has been received and verified, you will receive:

• a full refund to your original payment method, or

• a purchase voucher of equal value, usable on our website.

The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
