How Ancora was born
Ancora was born from study, research, and vision.
It all started when I was writing my thesis in Fashion and Costume Sciences.
I studied the lingerie market, its challenges and opportunities, and the more I progressed, the more I realized that something was missing in Italy: a brand capable of combining inclusiveness, sustainability, and authenticity, with a fresh, human, and authentic perspective.
I am Lucrezia, and Ancora is my way of expressing a different kind of intimacy.
It was right there, among notes, ideas, and dreams, that Ancora began to take shape. Not as just any project, but as an idea born from the heart: to create lingerie that makes you feel good inside and out.
The name Ancora has a double meaning for me. It's my roots, my anchor, but also an invitation to start over again, to love ourselves again, to feel beautiful, strong, and truly ourselves.
Today, Ancora is a Made in Italy artisanal lingerie project, developed according to the slow fashion philosophy, with attention to materials, quality, and production times.

Our mission is to create artisanal lingerie, handcrafted with care and love, celebrating the uniqueness of every body. We promote authentic inclusivity, celebrating every identity and every way of being a woman. We operate responsibly, guided by sustainability, transparency, and ethical production, to offer beautiful, comfortable garments that are respectful of people and the planet.
Vision
It's still not just a brand: it's a dynamic, adaptable, and daring project. It grows and evolves alongside the women who live it, listening, learning, and reinventing itself, choosing every day to break the mold with courage, passion, and freedom.
