Easy Returns and Refunds – AGAIN
At ANCORA, we want every purchase to be a pleasant, transparent, and hassle-free experience.
All our garments are carefully handcrafted, but if something doesn't fit as expected, you can request a return or refund by following the instructions below.
🕊️ Return Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
The product must be:
• unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
• provided with original label and packaging;
• accompanied by the order number or purchase receipt.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie items (briefs, thongs, bodysuits) can only be returned if they have not been worn and the hygiene seal is intact.
💸 Who pays the shipping costs?
• If you have chosen the wrong size or wish to exchange an item:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer .
You can choose whether to ship with a courier of your choice or request our return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
• If the product received is defective, incorrect or not compliant with the order:
Shipping and replacement costs are covered by ANCORA .
We will send you a prepaid return label and replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
🪞 Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and verified, you will receive:
• a full refund to your original payment method, or
• a purchase voucher of equal value, usable on our website.
The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

• the order number,
• the reason for the return,
• and if you want a refund or a size exchange.
2. We will reply to you within 24 hours with all the instructions and, if applicable, the shipping label.
